Returns Policy
At Alurea & Co, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product. This document outlines our returns policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not allowed.
Returns Process

Register your return by contacting us at info@alureaco.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Return the item at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
