Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed after 16:00 (AEST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.


Delivery Time

  • The average shipping time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs procedures.

  • From dispatch, delivery generally takes 8–14 business days (Monday to Friday).


Shipping Method and Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Shipping is always free, with no hidden costs and no minimum spend.


Order Placement

  1. Visit the product page and click “Add to Cart”.

  2. Select the correct size, color, or variation.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.

  4. Review your delivery address; shipping is free.

  5. Select your preferred payment method:

Responsibility During Shipping

  • Please ensure your address is correct; any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Extreme weather conditions

If your order has not arrived after 9 business days, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. If it still does not arrive, email info@alureaco.com, and we will assist promptly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  2. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
